Rush Order Policy
Rush orders are guaranteed to leave our shop in seven days, but a few conditions apply. Here are the conditions:

You must approve any design proof sent to you within 12 hours, anything beyond twelve hours adds another day to your ship time. Each 24 period after the first extension also adds another day to your ship time.

Any requested revisions add another day to your ship time. We will do everything we can to keep that extra day from happening, but we can't guarantee it. The earlier you reply to your design proof, the higher the likelihood we don't have to add an extra day.

Any requested changes to your badge after placing the order or approving the post, not including small design revisions made during the proof approval process, reset the clock to seven days.

If the final day falls on a weekend, holiday, or any other day on which UPS offices are closed, the time for leaving the shop will be extended until the next business day.
Please remember that we are guaranteeing your order LEAVES OUR SHOP within seven days. The time it takes the delivery service to drop your package at your door will vary. If you would like to add express shipping, please contact us and we will make every attempt to make that happen, with you paying the extra shipping cost.
