Lifetime Limited Warranty on Our Rings
30-Day Guarantee:
If you buy a ring from us and it doesn't fit, or in some rare circumstance like you cancel the wedding, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. We will swap it out for a ring of equal or lessor value for free, or refund your money minus a restocking fee of $50. Free exchanges only work if your received our ring sizer and checked to make sure you ordered the right size first. If you just go for it on the size out of the gate, you'll be charged a $50 restocking fee for an exchange.
If we have personalized your ring in any way, i.e. laser engraving, material upgrade from original order, or personalized touches. We will not accept returns or exchanges.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
We believe in our rings. So much so, that we warranty them for life. If you buy a ring from us and it ever fails due to a manufacturers defect, send it back and we will replace it free of charge. Be sure to reach out to us first and follow our return policy to make sure we process it correctly.
If your ring is destroyed, stolen, lost, or otherwise rendered unusable we will replace it once for $50 plus the cost to ship it both ways. After that single replacement at a discount, we will happily sell you a new ring at the then-retail price.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you get fat or lose a ton of weight, we do not cover that. Your ring size issues are covered only during the 14 Day Guarantee, and only then when you use our ring sizer prior to order.
In the event we think you are abusing this limited warranty, including making false claims of manufacturers defect, we reserve the right to revoke and void your limited lifetime warranty. So far, we have voided that warranty exactly 0 times. Don't be the first.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Testudo LLC, Copper State Custom, or its managers, members, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your wear, use or ownership of any product purchased from us, or for any other claim related in any way to your purchase of any product, including any claim for personal injury or death. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
